Comanche the Wild Mustang book

I am incredibly excited to share that my first children’s book has recently been released! This book is a collaboration with the talented artist Nica Ware and shares the epic story of Comanche, the wild horse.

Comanche has had an intriguing story of being taken out of the wild as a yearling, from Reno, Nevada, being a equine facilitated learning horse at Wind Horse Sanctuary, traveling 2,500 miles across the ocean with his buddy Blue to Kaua’i, Hawaii and being a tremendous force of healing for me with late stage cancer.

It’s important for me to get his story out into the world to help spread awareness about wild horse advocacy. Most people do not even know that there are wild horses still roaming North America & their future is in danger! 🐴

I am thrilled to say that since it’s release, it has been a bestseller in multiple categories on Amazon!

It will take awareness to stop the inhumane treatment of the wild mustangs. These wild horses deserve so much more than to be kept in holding prison pens and to be sold for horse meat!
