When some people hear about my journey with stage 4 cancer, they immediately label me as ‘sick’, take pity on me or think I’m dying.

Yes, cancer is a part of my reality, but it is not MY reality

It is part of my story, but it is not MY story

In the 5.5 years of journeying with late stage cancer, I never seen myself as ‘sick’ (well, for a brief period of time when I was referred to Hospice & dying I did, but I quickly reframed that reality).

My reality has always been:

Do you limit yourself by playing small by your health journey, whether it be arthritis, cancer, depression or whatever malady effects you?
